Job Description

  • SHRP entry of issues and QA of draft issues
  • Monitoring issues associated with compliance of Well Fargo & Company’s COSO based policies for internal controls over financial reporting (SEC and Regulatory Reporting), Issue Management Policy, and other significant policies managed by EC&O;
  • Complete review process and physical SHRP close out of issues.
  • Adhoc research and other activities related to the issue management data / life cycle
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting (power point slide production from data already provided)
  • Providing recommendations and subject matter expertise for data quality and process improvement for SHRP issue management
  • Provide Line of Business and relevant report specific views on status of remediation and compliance, including any stratification, analysis, or aging of issues
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders within Issue Management & Reporting and other EC&O teams as necessary in performance of daily activities.

Value added activities:

  • More subjective review processes to assess quality of data entered into SHRP and provide credible challenge comments to on points in US
  • Working on Issue Management procedures and documentation intended for Lines of Business and Corporate Functions
  • Identifying thematic or emerging deficiency matters and remediation trends by evaluating issues sourced from various monitoring activities for key reporting activities to governance and oversight committees

Primary job duties and responsibilities

  • Opening and closing of SHRP COSO issues - 50% time
  • Monitoring updates – 30% time
  • Adhoc requests and research – 10% time
  • Reporting – 10 % time
Minimum Educational Qualifications

Grad/Post graduate qualification
