Understands fiscal goal and long term strategy of each business vertical and works out marketing strategies to support the same. Collaborates and owns marketing plan with heads of business verticals.
Prepares marketing plans/strategies including competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans. Gathers and analyzes data on competitor activity and service differentiators.
Develops success criteria metrics such as lead generation & conversion tracking or ROI of a campaign and tracks for all marketing programs with accountability to internal stakeholders.
Measuring effectiveness of marketing spends
Monitoring, controlling and feedback of marketing activities and ensure that objectives are met
Networking effectively to find potential clients for all verticals
Generating leads for the Sales team
Developing social media marketing strategies
Meets marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Coordinating various promotional activities as and when required.
