－Develop a thorough understanding of the Indian market for UCWeb Products and use that in defining and developing marketing strategies to increase awareness and preference of UCWeb brands among key target audiences;－Handling whole of Product and Brand Marketing for UCWeb India;－Developing and directing global marketing and communication strategies through print, radio, outdoor, Internet and electronic/social media platforms in order to effectively promote the company and its services;－Responsible for devising and running all online marketing campaigns across web. Hands on experience of running campaigns on mobile ad networks as well;－Taking care of social media marketing across all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest) for user engagement and conversion;－Taking care of ATL & BTL campaigns for mobile properties. TV, radio & print campaigns, launch events, College Ambassador programs, Industry events, Mall activities & more;－Managing all PR for UCWeb flagship business as well as for mobile & web products.
－At least 5 years of marketing experience with practical knowledge of product marketing, positioning, segmentation, defining value propositions, defining target audiences, identifying consumer needs through research, and leading change;－2-3 years experience in marketing and advertising; online product and/or brand marketing experience preferred;－At least 3 years experience managing teams of high-performing contributor;－Excellent verbal and written communication - ability to write strategic marketing plans, creative briefs and more;－Basic understanding of PR, events, promotion especially buzz marketing to win recommendation from key influencers and drive WOM;－Strong executive presence - must possess ability to relate & interact effectively with senior management and work collaboratively with sales / pre-sales teams. Track record of influencing people and process outside immediate work group;－Object-driven, self-motivated, enjoy pressure and fast-growing working environment Fluent English as work language
